Meet Dr. Khaldoun Sweis

Dr. Khaldoun Sweis spent his career studying how the mind actually works, and he now brings that rigor into boardrooms, leadership retreats, and one-on-one coaching engagements. Trained in philosophy of mind and cognitive science, he has spent more than 20 years teaching logic, critical thinking, and consciousness studies at the university level, work that translates directly into the skill organizations need most from their leaders: clear judgment under pressure.

Dr. Sweis earned his Ph.D. in Philosophy of Mind and Cognitive Science from the University of Hull, taught at Oxford University, and is an associate professor of philosophy at the City Colleges of Chicago, where he has spent two decades teaching logic, critical thinking, and philosophy of religion. He has spoken at institutions including Oxford University, North Park University, Moody Bible Institute, and University College London, as well as international engagements in Hong Kong, Australia, Romania, and Poland.
